Deal review prep

Name: Deal review prep
Author: @dealdesk

@dealdesk/deal-review-prep

Prepare the weekly deal review: one page per deal with MEDDICC gaps, the real next step, risks, and the questions a manager should ask. Works from an opportunity export (HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CSV) plus notes, and ranks deals by what needs attention.

Pipeline hygiene
@revopslab
Check open deals in a CRM export (HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CSV) for past close dates, deals stuck in a stage, no recent activity, missing required fields (also by stage), zero amounts, and close dates too far out. Writes a hygiene score and a fix list per rep you can send out.
Weekly forecast rollup
@revopslab
Roll an opportunity export from HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM into closed won, commit, best case, and pipeline by rep and team for the quarter, then compare with last week: what moved, which deals slipped or were pulled in, upgrades, downgrades, new, won, lost, and dropped deals.
Churn risk review
@usagemetrics
Run a weekly churn risk review: pull together usage, health, support, billing, and notes for at-risk accounts, name the real risk driver for each, pick a save play with an owner and a date, and write a one-page review plus a meeting agenda.
Gtm weekly wrap
@revopslab
Write the Friday GTM wrap: one page across marketing, sales, and customer success with the numbers against plan, wins, misses, risks, and what happens next week. Works from whatever you have: CRM exports, a metrics sheet, last week's wrap, and team notes.

Quote builder
Price a quote from your price book CSV and the products a customer picked. Handles flat, volume, and graduated tier pricing plus line and deal discounts, checks per-product discount limits, and writes a customer-ready quote and a deal file for the order form.
Po creator
Turn a deal into a clean order form or purchase order, in markdown and printable HTML. Computes line totals, discounts, contract value, and a billing schedule, and lists what finance needs before signature. Works offline from a JSON file or a short text form.
Discount approval check
Check a deal against your own approval policy file and get the list of who must approve and why: discount ladders, payment terms, billing frequency, term length, free months, non-standard terms, and deal size. Also shows how much room is left before the next approval.
Contract redline summary
Compare two versions of a contract (or one redline with insert and delete markup) clause by clause. Lists every change sorted by risk topic (liability, indemnity, termination, renewal, IP, data, payment) with the numbers that moved, then explains each in plain English with a suggested response. Not legal advice.
