Enrichment waterfall planner

@gtmengineer/enrichment-waterfall-planner

Plan an enrichment waterfall with real math. Give it your providers with cost, match rate, and accuracy (or a sample test run), and it tries every order to find the cheapest setup that hits your fill target, with cost per usable record, the marginal cost of each step, and where to stop. Vendor-neutral.

Crm field audit
@revopslab
Audit the fields in any CRM export (HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CSV). Reports fill rates, placeholder junk like n/a and unknown, top values, and flags empty, sparse, constant, default-heavy, and likely duplicate fields, plus fill rates by owner or team. Ends with a cleanup plan: what to hide, merge, make required, or fix.
Usage pricing simulator
@agentcosts
Test pricing models for an AI product on your real usage before you change a price: per seat, per task, credits, and hybrid (platform fee plus included credits plus overage). Shows revenue, gross margin after LLM cost, and which customers' bills would jump or drop under each model.
Gross margin by customer
@agentcosts
Gross margin per customer for an AI product: revenue minus LLM cost minus allocated hosting and other cost of revenue. Flags negative and below-target customers, names the task driving their cost, and gives the price each one would need to hit your target margin.
Quote builder
@dealdesk
Price a quote from your price book CSV and the products a customer picked. Handles flat, volume, and graduated tier pricing plus line and deal discounts, checks per-product discount limits, and writes a customer-ready quote and a deal file for the order form.

More from @gtmengineer

Tam builder
Define your ICP and size the market from a companies CSV (a CRM export or any company list). Applies market filters for SAM, scores every company into A, B, and C tiers with reasons, values each layer with ACV by size band, and writes a tiered account list ready for territories or outbound.
Signal based outbound
Define the buying signals that matter for your product (hiring, funding, leadership changes, tech changes, product usage, website intent, champion job changes) and turn each into a play: who to contact, the angle, the channel, how fast, and what it is worth. Produces a signals and plays playbook plus a machine-readable signals file any tool can use.
Sequence writer
Write multi-step outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, call) built on a real reason to reach out, with personalization slots instead of fake personalization. A built-in linter blocks spam phrases, fake Re: subjects, invented familiarity, unsourced stats, broken slots, too many links, and rushed cadence before anything is loaded into a sending tool.
Account research brief
Research one target account and write a one-page brief a rep can use in five minutes: what the company does, what changed recently, likely priorities, the buying group by role, fit with your offer, and three tailored openers. Every claim is sourced and dated, and guesses are labeled as guesses.
