@dealdesk
Price a quote from your price book CSV and the products a customer picked. Handles flat, volume, and graduated tier pricing plus line and deal discounts, checks per-product discount limits, and writes a customer-ready quote and a deal file for the order form.
Discount approval check
@dealdesk
Check a deal against your own approval policy file and get the list of who must approve and why: discount ladders, payment terms, billing frequency, term length, free months, non-standard terms, and deal size. Also shows how much room is left before the next approval.
Deal review prep
@dealdesk
Prepare the weekly deal review: one page per deal with MEDDICC gaps, the real next step, risks, and the questions a manager should ask. Works from an opportunity export (HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CSV) plus notes, and ranks deals by what needs attention.
Contract redline summary
@dealdesk
Compare two versions of a contract (or one redline with insert and delete markup) clause by clause. Lists every change sorted by risk topic (liability, indemnity, termination, renewal, IP, data, payment) with the numbers that moved, then explains each in plain English with a suggested response. Not legal advice.
