Finance update pack
@ledgerly
Write the monthly finance update for leadership or investors from a few inputs: revenue, costs, cash, and plan. A script computes plan vs actual, flags the variances that matter, and works out burn and runway; Claude drafts the narrative and asks you for the why behind each big variance.
Expense categorizer
@ledgerly
Categorize a bank or card CSV export with a rules file you can edit. Writes a categorized CSV, spend by category and by month, and a review list of unknown merchants with suggested rules. Offline and repeatable.
Booth and swag checklist
@eventcrew
Plan a trade show booth backwards from the show date: a dated checklist from eight weeks out to teardown, swag quantities sized to the real crowd, a packing list, and the vendor deadlines people forget (advance warehouse, electrical, lead scanners).
Cash runway model
@ledgerly
Model cash runway from cash on hand, monthly burn by category, revenue growth, and planned hires. Produces runway months, cash-zero and raise-by dates, and an 18-month table for base, lean, and upside scenarios.
