Turns your routing policy into an ordered rules file with tests (existing accounts, partners, segment, region, junk filters), then routes a leads CSV with weighted round robin, out-of-office skips, and a fallback queue. Works with HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CSV; never writes to your CRM.
